There will be a Five Day Club, sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship, meeting at the Max City Park on July 21-25 from 10:30-11-30 for the youth of Max. There will be games, songs, Bible stories, and snacks. For more information, contact Cindy Capp at 679-2031 or Lila Fannik at 679-2686.

On the Fourth of July, Virginia and Harold Sides of Georgia, Carolyn, Allen, and Will Barden, Sarah and Angele Becker and Lila Fannik all of Max enjoyed taking in the events at Roosevelt Park in Minot. They attended the Ken Klaudt concert at the Band Stand and Lila was blessed to be able to visit with Ken, the youngest in the family, afterwards. They all really enjoyed the zoo animals too.

On Tuesday evening at the Assembly of God Church in Minot, Connie Sambor of Mlps., Virginia Sides of Georgia, John and Shirley Sizemore of Florida, Phyllis Seay, Lorna Sambor, LaVonne Fannik and Lila Fannik all from Max and others, attended the Perry Concert held there.

The Sunnyside Homemaker's Club met at Marion Podruchny's in Minot last Tuesday.

The Over 55 Club will be having their monthly potluck at 6 o'clock next week on the 25th This is held at the Max Senior Citizens' building.

Then Saturday, July 26th is the big Welcome Back from Iraq community party with the potluck at 5 o'clock and the program at 6:30. For more information on this, refer to the back of the July Community Calendar that is available around town and is free.
