General of North Dakota Army National Guard, Sprynczynatyk. Plaques were presented to the soldiers that were able to be present. Those were Adam Ritchie, Rachel Talbot Benson, Jeffrey Narum, Todd Stein, DiNell Polsfut, Ralph Yester, and Terry Sinner. The parents of those presently on duty in Iraq went forward to receive their sons' plaques. Those presently on duty are Kevin Moore, Grant Semchenko, and Aaron Zabka.
