Max Museum

The Max Museum offers a unique adventure into the past of this remarkable community and its surrounding areas. Come explore the history of Max, through stories of the people who built this city, the railroad, and those who settled on the prairies building farms. Many of which are still in operation today, producing a large portion of both the nation and the world's food supply.

Christmas is a magical time of the year. The Max Museum offers a one of a kind Christmas Display that catpures the spirit of Christmas, during the Holiday Season and all year long!!

For the 2025/2026 Holiday Season, the museum will be open 7 days a week, running November through January,  from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
